Nicosia, September 25, 26 (TAK): Mehmet Harmancı, mayor of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality, and his Greek Cypriot counterpart, Charalambos Prountzos, have withdrawn from the Cyprus Forum event to be held in the Greek Cypriot Administration after organisers changed Harmancı’s title in the programme.
