Nicosia, July 13, 26  (TAK): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on Monday regarding the European Commission’s appointment of ‘special representative for Cyprus’, stating that “the decision was made without the consent of the Turkish Cypriot side and reflects the EU’s biased stance on the Cyprus issue.”
